This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance for residues/combined residues of clethodim in or on alfalfa forage, alfalfa hay, dry beans, peanut hay, peanut meal, peanuts, tomato paste, and tomato puree. Valent U.S.A. Corporation requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996. The tolerance will expire on April 30, 2003.
