Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues ofmesotrione, 2-[4-(methylsulfonyl)-2-nitrobenzoyl]-1,3- cyclohexanedione, in or on field corn. Syngenta Crop Protection Inc. requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
