Abstract
EPA is announcing it is approving a revision to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) pertaining to the rescission of four area specific particulate matter process weight rate rules. Rescission of these rules, which have been replaced by one statewide rule, will simplify the SIP and ensure consistency between the Federally approved SIP and the state rules.
