Abstract
EPA is finalizing approval of recisions of Pinal-Gila Counties Air Pollution Control District (PGCAQCD) rules from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) portion (with respect to Gila County) and the Pinal County Air Pollution Control District (PCAQCD) portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions were proposed in the Federal Register on May 1, 2001.
