This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of the fungicide flutolanil, N-(3-(1-methylethoxy)phenyl)-2- (trifluoromethyl)benzamide and metabolites converted to 2- (trifluoromethyl) benzoic acid, calculated as flutolanil in or on rice grain, rice straw, rice hulls, rice bran, potatoes, and potato, wet peel. Aventis requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
