This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of buprofezin (2-tert-butylimino-3-isopropyl-5-phenyl-1,3,5-thiadiazinan- 4-one) in or on almonds; banana; citrus; citrus, oil; citrus, dried pulp; grape; grape, raisin; milk; fat (cattle, goats, hogs, horses, sheep); meat byproducts (cattle, goats, hogs, horses, sheep); liver (cattle, goats, hogs, horses, sheep). Aventis (formerly AgrEvo) requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996. In addition, this regulation also establishes time-limited tolerances for residues of buprofezin (2-tert-butylimino-3-isopropyl-5-phenyl-1,3,5- thiadiazinan-4-one) in or on almond, hulls; cotton, undelinted seed; cotton, gin byproducts; and tomato. Aventis (formerly AgrEvo) requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996. The tolerances will expire on July 31, 2005.
