Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the El Dorado County Air Pollution Control District (EDCAPCD) and Imperial County Air Pollution Control District (ICAPCD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern Oxides of Nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) emissions from industrial, institutional, and commercial boilers, steam generators, and process heaters as well as administrative matters. We are approving and rescinding local rules that regulate emission sources under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
