Abstract
EPA is approving a revision to the state of Iowa's section 111(d) plan for controlling emissions from existing hospital/medical/ infectious waste incinerators (HMIWI). The state revised its existing plan to specify certain applicability and compliance dates. Approval of the revised state plan will ensure that it is consistent with the Federal regulations and is Federally enforceable.
