EPA is revising certain labeling regulations for pesticide products for clarity. EPA is also interpreting the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act as it applies to nitrogen stabilizers, and revising regulations that contain statutory provisions excluding certain types of products from regulation of pesticides. These topics were part of a larger proposal concerning antimicrobial products, and are being promulgated separately for convenience.
