Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or Agency) approves the maintenance plan and request for redesignation from nonattainment to attainment for three Washington areas in the Puget Sound region, (Kent, Seattle, and Tacoma) that are currently designated nonattainment for suspended particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to a nominal ten micrometers (PM-10).
