This regulation establishes time-limited tolerances for the combined residues of imazethapyr, as its ammonium salt, and its metabolite in or on rice, grain; rice, straw; rice hulls, and rice, bran. BASF requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDC), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996. These tolerances will expire on January 1, 2003.
