Abstract

This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance for the combined residues of fenpyroximate benzoic acid, 4-[[[(E)-(1,3- dimethyl-5-phenoxy-1H-pyrazol-4-yl) methylene]amino] oxy]methyl]-, 1,1- dimethylethyl ester] and its z-isomer benzoic acid, 4-[[[[(Z)-(1,3- dimethyl-5-phenoxy-1H-pyrazol-4-yl) methylene]aminio]oxy]methyl]-,1,1- dimethylethyl ester)] in or on wine grapes and hops. Nihon Nohyaku requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996. The tolerance will expire April 12, 2004.
