This regulation establishes tolerances for trifloxystrobin regulated as trifloxystrobin and the free form of its acid metabolite CGA-321113 in or on fruit, stone, group; nut, tree, group; pistachio; corn, field, grains; corn, field, forage; corn field stover; corn, field, refined oil; corn, pop, grain; corn, pop, stover; rice, grain; rice, hulls; rice, straw; citrus, dried pulp; citrus oil; fruit, citrus, group; egg; poultry, fat; poultry, meat; and poultry, meat by products. Bayer, Inc. requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
