This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance for combined residues of cyhalofop (cyhalofop-butyl plus cyhalofop-acid) and the di-acid metabolite in or on rice grain and rice straw. Dow AgroSciences, LLC requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996. The tolerance will expire on June 1, 2007.
