This regulation establishes tolerances for combined residues of indoxacarb in or on alfalfa forage, alfalfa hay, peanut, peanut hay, potato, soybean seed, soybean aspirated grain fractions, and soybean hulls. Additionally, this regulation is increasing the tolerance levels for head lettuce, milk, milk fat, meat, fat, and meat by-products of cattle, goat, hog, horse, and sheep. E. I. Du Pont de Nemours and Company requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996.
