Abstract
The EPA is finalizing the reinstatement of the redesignation to attainment for the 1-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for the Kentucky portion of the Cincinnati-Hamilton area. This final rule addresses these comments made on EPA direct final rulemaking previously published for this action.
