This regulation establishes an import tolerance for residues of iprovalicarb in or on grape at 2.0 parts per million (ppm). Tomen Agro, Inc. and Bayer Corporation requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
