Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the state of Missouri. This revision to the state's construction permits rule exempts incinerators used for the on-site noncommercial incineration of dead animals from the construction permit requirements. We are approving this revision to ensure consistency between the state and Federally-approved rules, and to ensure Federal enforceability of the state's revised rule.
