Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the state of Kansas. This revision updates the state's air monitoring surveillance plan to include the particulate matter provisions EPA added to the Federal requirements in 1997. Approval of the state's submittal will ensure that it is consistent and current with the Federal requirements.
