This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of halosulfuron-methyl, methyl 5-[(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)amino] carbonyaminosulfonyl-3-chloro-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate in or on asparagus; vegetables, fruiting (except cucurbits), group; bean, dry, seed and bean, snap, succulent. Gowan Company and Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
