This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of dimethomorph in or on hop, dried cones at 60 parts per million (ppm); lettuce, leaf and lettuce, head at 10 ppm; vegetable, cucurbit, group at 0.5 ppm; and vegetable, bulb, group at 2.0 ppm. The Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
