Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of lambda-cyhalothrin in or on almond, hulls and various other food commodities in 40 CFR 180.438. Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc. requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
