This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of cyfluthrin in or on soybean, seed; soybean, forage; soybean, hay; corn, field, forage; corn, field, stover and corn, pop, stover; grain, cereal, group; corn, field, refined oil; corn, field, milled byproduct; grain, aspirated fractions; wheat milled byproducts, except flour; rice, hulls; rice, bran; barley, bran, oat, bran and rye, bran; milk; milk, fat; cattle, fat, goat, fat, hog, fat, horse, fat and sheep, fat; mustard greens; lettuce, leaf; lettuce, head; brassica, head and stem, subgroup; pea, southern, succulent; and pea, dry. Bayer Corporation and the Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996.
