Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Alaska. This revision provides for attainment of the carbon monoxide (CO) national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) in the Fairbanks Nonattainment Area. This action also approves the use of the "CO Emissions Model" for SIP development purposes in EPA Region 10.
