Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the West Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP). This revision establishes ambient air quality standards for nitrogen dioxide, equivalent to the national primary and secondary ambient air quality standards established by EPA. EPA is approving this revision to the SIP in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
