Abstract

EPA is making an interim final determination to stay imposition of sanctions based on a proposed approval of revisions to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) published elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register. The revisions concern BAAQMD Rule 9-10.
