This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of clothianidin in or on canola, corn, and milk. In addition, tolerances are established for indirect or inadvertent residues of clothianidin in or on nongrass animal feed; cereal grain forage, fodder and straw; grass forage, fodder and hay; and soybean forage and hay. Bayer Corporation requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
