Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve a revision to the West Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The SIP revision is a regulation to prevent and control air pollution from the emission of sulfur oxides. EPA is approving this revision in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act.
