Abstract
EPA is finalizing approval of a revision to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District (VCAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). This action was proposed in the Federal Register on February 26, 2003 and concerns oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) emissions from stationary gas turbines. Under authority of the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act), this action will approve VCAPCD Rule 74.23.
