This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of glyphosate in or on corn, field, forage at 6.0 parts per million (ppm) and reduces the tolerance on grain, aspirated fractions from 200 ppm to 100 ppm. Monsanto Company requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
