Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency published in the Federal Register of January 21, 2003, a document establishing an allowance system to control the U.S. consumption and production of ozone- depleting substances known as hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs). This document corrects references inadvertently retained in that document.
