Abstract

The EPA is approving revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) on December 20, 2002. This SIP revision satisfies the requirement of the Clean Air Act (CAA) for the second 10-year update for the Jacksonville area (Duval County) 1-hour ozone maintenance plan.
