This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of boscalid, 3-pyridinecarboxamide, 2-chloro-N-(4'-chloro[1,1'-biphenyl]- 2-yl) in or on certain commodities and establishes a tolerance for the combined residues of boscalid, 3-pyridinecarboxamide, 2-chloro-N-(4'- chloro[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-yl) and its metabolites 2-chloro-N-(4'-chloro- 5-hydroxy-biphenyl-2-yl)nicotinamide and the glucuronic acid conjugate of 2-chloro-N-(4'-chloro-5-hydroxy-biphenyl-2-yl)nicotinamide in or on certain commodities. BASF Corporation requested tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
