This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance for residues of tralkoxydim in or on barley, grain; barley, hay; barley, straw; wheat, forage; wheat, grain; wheat, hay; wheat, straw. Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc. requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA). The tolerance will expire on May 1, 2005.
