Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) and San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (SJVUAPCD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). The BAAQMD revisions concern the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the use of solvents and surface coatings. The SJVUAPCD revision concerns the emission of VOCs from a glycol dehydration system used on natural gas streams. We are approving local rules that regulate these emission sources under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
