This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance for residues of flumioxazin in or on sweet potato, roots in connection with a crisis exemption declared by the State of Louisiana. This regulation establishes a maximum permissible level for residues of flumioxazin in this food commodity. The tolerance will expire and is revoked on June 30, 2006.
