This regulation establishes time-limited tolerances for combined residues of diflubenzuron in or on wheat and barley commodities. This action is in response to treatment of these crops under section 18 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). This regulation establishes maximum permissible levels for residues of diflubenzuron in these food commodities. The tolerances will expire and are revoked on December 31, 2005.
