EPA issued a final rule in the Federal Register of September 27, 2001, to establish a time-limited tolerance for residues of bifenthrin in or on sweet potato. This action was in response to EPA's granting of an emergency exemption under section 18 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act authorizing use of the pesticide on sweet potato. This document is being issued to correct typographical errors in that original document.
