Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of chlorfenapyr [4-bromo-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-(ethoxymethyl)-5- (trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitrile] in or on vegetables, fruiting, group 8. BASF Agro Research, now BASF Corporation requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
