Abstract
EPA is announcing it is approving an amendment to the Iowa State Implementation Plan (SIP) and Operating Permits Programs. The State of Iowa has requested that EPA approve revisions to its definitions rule, construction and operating permit rules, and monitoring and measurement rule. Approval of these revisions will ensure consistency between the State and Federally-approved rules, and ensure Federal enforceability of the State's rule revisions.
