This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of pyriproxyfen in or on Brassica, head and stem, subgroup 5A, Brassica, leafy greens, subgroup 5B, vegetable, cucurbit group 9, olives and olive oil. Valent U.S.A. Corporation requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
