This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of the fungicide aluminum tris (O-ethylphosphonate) (fosetyl-Al) in or on onion, green. The Interregional Research Project <greek-i>4 (IR-4), Center for Minor Crop Management, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, 681 U. S. Highway <greek-i>1 South, North Brunswick, NJ 08902- 3390 requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
