Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Philadelphia County portion of the Pennsylvania State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revision approves Philadelphia County's regulations governing the construction of new and modified sources and the operation of existing sources of air pollution in the County. EPA is approving this SIP revision in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act.
