EPA issued a final rule in the Federal Register of March 31, 2004, concerning the establishment of an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the biochemical, rhamnolipid biosurfactant, on all food commodities when applied/used as a fungicide. This document is being issued to correct a chemical name error.
