EPA is making an interim final determination to stay the imposition of sanctions based on a direct final approval of revisions to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District (VCAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) published elsewhere in today's Federal Register. The revisions concern VCAPCD Rule 70.
