This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of novaluron in or on fruit, pome (group 11), apple, wet pomace; cotton, undelinted seed; cotton, gin byproducts; vegetables, tuberous and corm, subgroup 1C; meat, fat, and meat byproducts of sheep, horse, cattle, goat, hog, and poultry; milk; milk, fat; and eggs. Makhteshim-Agan of North America, Inc. requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
