Abstract

In American Trucking Associations v. EPA, 175 F. 3d 1027 (D.C. Cir. 1999), the court vacated the PM<INF>10</INF> national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) that EPA adopted in 1997. Today's action removes the vacated 1997 PM<INF>10</INF> standards and related requirements from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
