This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of propamocarb hydrochloride in or on lettuce, leaf; lettuce, head; vegetable, cucurbit, group 9; vegetable, fruiting, group 8; and tomato paste. Bayer CropScience requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
