This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance for residues of forchlorfenuron; N-(2-chloro-4-pyridinyl)-N'-phenylurea in or on almond, apple, blueberry, cranberry, fig, grapes, kiwifruit, olive, pear, and plums (fresh). Siemer and Associates Incorporated, agent for KIM-C1, LLC requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA). The tolerance will expire on May 31, 2006.
