This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of flumioxazin in or on almond, garlic, grape, onion, peppermint, pistachio, shallot, spearmint, sugarcane, and tuberous/corm vegetables (Subgroup 1C). Valent U.S.A. Corporation requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
